A boot that’s built for nearly every rider out there, the CALIBER just might be the most versatile boot DC has ever offered. Combined features make it ready for any place you want to go on the mountain: backcountry, park, freeride, freestyle, pipe you name it.
The CALIBER features DC’s new RAPID LACE SYSTEM, a technology with two zones for tightening and that allows for micro adjustment of the laces. You can tighten up the laces for backcountry support, or leave them loose for park style. Performance and feel on the CALIBER continues with the DOUBLE LASTED MIDSOLE. This type of midsole construction keeps the look of the boot clean and simple and also puts your foot closer the board, allowing for better board feel and control. They've also added an AIRBAG to the heel of the CALIBER for shock absorption and additional cushioning. The CALIBER features DC’s 3-D TONGUE, which has been redesigned for 2009 to give it a better feel and to make it more ergonomic. Designers have also included an Articulated Upper Cuff to give the CALIBER instant boot break in and comfort.
